Step 1
Export anything you need
Sign in, open Settings, choose Privacy, and select Export workspace data. The download contains the operational records associated with your workspace, with stored credentials and secret values redacted.
Data deletion
Export your records, disconnect provider access, or permanently close your Accelerate account from the dashboard.
Step 1
Sign in, open Settings, choose Privacy, and select Export workspace data. The download contains the operational records associated with your workspace, with stored credentials and secret values redacted.
Step 2
Open Social to disconnect Facebook, Instagram, or Telegram connections. Open Settings to revoke API tokens, MCP clients, and AI provider connections. Accelerate removes the local credential even if the provider no longer accepts the revocation request.
Step 3
Open Settings, choose Privacy, and enter the workspace owner email plus the confirmation word DELETE. Only the workspace owner can submit the request.
Step 4
Deletion is scheduled for 7 days later. You can return to the same Privacy screen and cancel the request at any point before processing begins.
Processing removes the authentication account and operational workspace data, including agents, knowledge records, conversations, captured leads, contacts, connected channel credentials, tokens, and workspace configuration. Active billing is cancelled before final removal. Connected webhooks and provider files are revoked or removed where the provider allows it.
Paddle and our legal record systems may retain invoices, transaction records, and limited fraud or compliance evidence when the law requires it. These records are kept separately from the deleted operational workspace and are not used to keep the service active.
Email support@acceleratenow.app from the address associated with your account. We will verify ownership before changing or deleting data. If you are a visitor who spoke with one of our customer's agents, contact that business first because it normally controls the conversation and lead data.
